Our private halal luxury honeymoon villa tour of Ubud, Bali, was an absolute dream, and planning it around the dry season from April to October proved to be a smart move. We intentionally avoided July, knowing it’s the most expensive month due to festivals. Flying in May was a fantastic decision for our budget, and coming from Singapore, we found the travel seamless. We spent a few nights at The Apurva Kempinski Hotel in Nusa Dua, a truly stunning 5-star luxury resort. Their Selasar Deli restaurant offered a fantastic array of halal options, making our dining experiences completely stress-free.

Exploring Halal-Friendly Bali Beyond Ubud

Beyond our private villa in Ubud, we ventured out to discover more of Bali’s hidden gems. We were particularly interested in the island’s Muslim heritage, so a visit to Gelgel village in Klungkung was a must. This historic village is Bali’s first Muslim village and home to the impressive 200-year-old Nurul Huda Mosque. It was fascinating to see this side of Bali. Another incredible experience was our Mount Batur adventure in Bangli Regency. We opted for a halal-friendly jeep tour, which was both exhilarating and convenient. For nature lovers, Tegenungan Waterfall in Gianyar was a perfect spot. It’s known as a halal-friendly destination with nearby prayer facilities and lovely family swimming areas. We also had a fantastic day at Bali Safari and Marine Park, which thoughtfully provides halal restaurants and prayer rooms for Muslim travelers. It made for a very comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Comfort and Convenience for Muslim Travelers

The ease of finding halal-friendly options throughout Bali was a pleasant surprise. Our private halal luxury honeymoon villa tour truly delivered on every front. We even explored Desa Tenganan in Karangasem, a traditional Bali Aga village that also boasts its own mosque, making it another comfortable destination for Muslim travelers. Knowing that Jakarta, Malaysia, and Singapore are top source markets for halal tourists, it makes sense that Bali has become so accommodating. We truly felt welcomed and catered to at every turn, making our honeymoon both luxurious and deeply respectful of our faith.
